Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Beauty Services

Due to the nature of salon services, completed beauty services cannot be returned.

Makeup & Beauty Products

Products may be eligible for return only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is received in a defective condition.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

After inspection and approval, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
