Cancellation & Refund Policy

Product Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Salon Appointments

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation eligibility may depend on the specific service booked.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment.
  • Product unavailable after payment.
  • Approved return due to damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Duplicate payment or technical payment error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Heaven reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
